About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, grounded, and skilled CNA to join our Inpatient Unit team on day shift. This role is ideal for someone who can provide comfort, clinical excellence, and emotional support during some of life’s most meaningful moments.
What you'll bring
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Aide program with an active Virginia CNA license
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with EMR and technology
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance
- A heart for mission-driven, relational work with patients and families
- Minimum of one year of CNA experience preferred
- hospice, home health, or long-term care experience is a plus
