Description
- A Commercial Roofer repairs, replaces, and installs roofs on commercial buildings. Physical work includes climbing, working at heights, lifting, bending, learning/performing carpentry skills, working on knees, working safely with chemicals, working under various weather conditions, using tools and equipment safely.
- We are seeking candidates that can provide their own transportation to and from the job sites, are willing to travel, and have their own basic hand tools.
- Ability to complete basic roofing details including: pipe flashings, roof curbs and wall flashings on a variety of roofing systems including single-ply, asphaltic, metal and shingles
- Ability to complete basic sheet metal details including the installation of metal edging, coping caps, gutters, and scuppers
- Responsible for daily organization of Service vehicles, materials and tools.
- Must be physically able to complete work duties, be on time and reliable
- Must submit to drug screen, have own basic tools and reliable transportation to get to work sites
- A willingness to work outdoors during normal work hours
