Under general supervision of a Foreman, applies skills and knowledge to determine degree of conformance of services and systems to Geo's specifications. Performs inspection of engineering drawings and confirms each installation is marked on the project site. Tracks and documents each installation on clipboard to ensure that installation of product is completed. Measures distance of drilled holes and signals to equipment operator when ideal depth has been achieved. Enters daily progress in laptop each evening for PMs review. Completes documentation to attest to satisfactory completion of inspection activities. Experience in this job is a prerequisite to be considered for a Foreman role.

Preference given to candidates who have a technical - college degree in Engineering, Geoscience or Environment Science or 1 year of experience in a QC role within the construction industry. Willingness to travel for a project two weeks at a time with a trip home every other weekend. Reliable transportation, current auto insurance and valid driver’s license required. Computer proficiency – Intermediate level and attention to detail expected to avoid errors in calculation and input into computer. Must have authorization to work within the U.S.
