Description

  • Operate Environmental and Geotechnical Drilling Rigs
  • Drive commercial vehicles and equipment to/from job sites.
  • Soil, groundwater, & soil gas sampling using direct-push and auger tooling
  • Logs soils and document site activities
  • Support Remediation Injections for ground water remediation
  • Monitor well installation
  • Maintain, trouble shoot, & repair equipment and vehicles
  • Use portable lab instruments for monitoring and safety
  • Work collaboratively as a team with clients on site
  • Complete daily job summary and field note forms
  • Write Data Summary and Analysis Reports for projects
  • Generate location, contour, and other data maps for projects

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience with DPT or HSA Drilling in Environmental or Geotechnical Industries
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Pass background check
  • Pass DOT & OSHA HAZWOPER medical physical
  • Pass Respirator Fit Test
  • Ability to travel both in state and out of state for 3pprox.. 3 week periods
  • Current Driver’s License and acceptable driving record is required.
  • Ability to work & communicate with team members & clients
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in geology or earth related sciences
  • Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL)
  • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification
  • MSHA Certification
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with Mapping and Modeling software (Surfer, Voxler, etc.)
  • Mechanical, fabrication, welding skills
  • Military experience a plus!
