Description
- Perform hands-on construction tasks, including the building of patios, walls, and other outdoor structures based on project requirements.
- Participate in landscaping activities such as lawn maintenance, planting, and updating outdoor areas.
- Ensure the use of proper tools, equipment, and techniques to achieve high-quality results.
- Embrace the travel schedule, being available for out-of-town assignments from Monday to Thursday.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient travel logistics and timely project execution.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures during travel, including expense reporting.
- While working out of town, it is essential to maintain a high level of professionalism and to consistently represent United Land Services in a positive manner.
- Work closely with team members to achieve project goals and meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and project managers to provide updates on project status and any challenges encountered.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to different project locations, climates, and client needs.
- Be open to occasional Friday work in the local area when not on travel assignments.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or related field.
- Ability to travel extensively and work away from home for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual labor tasks.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation.
