  • Support student leadership development
  • Provide administrative support to professional development, socials & outreach activities
  • Coordinate finances, travel, fundraising, scholarships, awards and recognition

Job Requirements

  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and a demonstrated commitment to improving access to higher education for under-represented groups
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating events and programs and managing people
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including problem solving, decision-making, solution orientation
  • Experience and knowledge about gender and diversity, equity and inclusion issues
  • Experience with resource management and budgeting
  • Experience working in teams, relationship building and partnership development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
