Description

  • Bolt, clamp and tack weld parts to secure in position for welding.
  • Must be comfortable working from 300+ feet.
  • Physical demands- must be able to lift in excess of 100 pounds frequently on the job and climb in excess of 300 feet. Must be able to pull own weight when climbing steel bracing or ladders. Frequent amounts of bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
  • 3G/4G weld certs would be helpful.
  • Weld test: 1" plate with full backing bar and full penetration in 3G, 4G positions.
  • 10 panel drug test.
  • Welders must qualify to the AWS D1.1 Code to be considered Certified Welders. Welders must successfully weld vertical and overhead welds on 1" plate coupons in a timed test. Welders will clean all welds for inspection. Welds must pass visual inspection and bend test.
