About the role
Clients Blackbox is in a major growth period, and we're looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead who can own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, creative testing, and client communication. This is a senior hands-on role for an experienced performance marketer who can operate beyond Ads Manager. You'll own a portfolio of client accounts end to end - leading client conversations, managing Meta performance, writing direct-response copy and video sales letter scripts, developing testing strategies, and diagnosing where performance can improve across the funnel. You'll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client performance, relationships, and retention.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations
- Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts
- Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Financial services marketing
- Lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns
- Video sales letter marketing
- High-ticket or considered-purchase funnels
- Performance marketing agency experience
