About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Field Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our Technical Field Operations team throughout California. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in solving problems while supporting customers and teammates. As the operational hub for our California Technical Field Operations team, you'll coordinate warehouse operations, logistics, field support, customer service, and seasonal projects that directly contribute to the success of our growers and distribution partners.

What you'll bring

• The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a role where every day is a little different.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, agriculture, field operations, or a related environment.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and troubleshoot equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Up to 25% travel, primarily throughout California.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles, forklifts, and ATVs.
• Experience coordinating temporary employees or seasonal work crews is preferred.
• Experience in agriculture or customer service is a plus.
