The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for the daily management of all residential sales appointments for the geographic area which they are assigned. The Residential Sales Representative is accountable for achieving sales, margin, and conversion targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our Sales Team uses a solution selling, consultative approach to working with customers. To be successful in this role, the Sales Representative will be focused on delivering the following: Serve customers with Quality, Service, and Integrity; provide a high-level customer service experience Achieve sales growth, margin, close rate objectives Maintain full utilization of Salesforce program and sales processes
