About the role

This position will help support our upcoming Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls PHP/IOP locations opening September / October 2026!

What you'll bring

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, from an accredited school of Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Family Therapy with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in health care and at least two (2) years in a psychiatric setting
• Cross-train in minimum two (2) other programs and/or levels of care.
• Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in state practicing, i.e. LPCC, LMHC.
• If working in a program requiring substance use credentialing, a SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC is required in Wisconsin.
• A substance use specialty authorization applicable to the state hired in is required.
• Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention and techniques for all age groups, as well as the dynamics of human growth and behavior.
• Compliance with Residential Care Center (RCC) and Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF).
• Required for Residential Inpatient programs
• American Heart Association CPR certification within thirty (30) days of hire.
• Bi-annual re-certification is required.
• Annual re-certification is required.
• Training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within sixty (60) days of hire/transfer.
