About the role
As a Site Quality Manager at our Grand Junction, CO facility , you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all quality functions at the site. You will develop and execute quality initiatives that ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive quality/manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- This position requires use of information which is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
