About the role
We are looking for professional, enthusiastic, career-minded, self motivated individual that possess a strong work ethic to join our team. As a Leasing Associate, you are at the front line of our community and are responsible to make timely calculated decisions and take the actions necessary to achieve exceptionally high customer service, in addition, the desire to know our residents in an effort to understand their needs and expectations. The Leasing Associate is responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures in accordance with established company and community policies and guidelines.

- Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures.
- Great listening skills & creative problem solving abilities
- A proven background in prospecting
- Proactive follow-up with prospective residents
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
- Previous leasing/sales experience
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize & multi task
- Marketing strategies and lease-up experience required
- A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with all levels of people
- Working knowledge of Social Media
