About the role

You will play a critical role in driving commercial growth , translating market insights into actionable strategies, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver impactful outcomes across regions. This position is part of the Product Management team located in Düsseldorf, Germany , and will be hybrid, or in Loveland, Colorado, US.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a water, wastewater treatment, or a closely related industry.
• Proven experience owning or contributing to commercial performance (revenue growth, pricing, or business cases)
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
• Strong English & communications skills
• MBA or advanced business education
• Experience with global product launches
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Stage-Gate methodologies
