About the role
The Pima County Attorney's Office is seeking an Administrative Specialist II to join our Administration/Finance team. This position provides complex administrative, financial, and operational support to the County Attorney's Office. Responsibilities include coordinating administrative processes, assisting with budget and accounting functions, maintaining records and reports, supporting departmental projects, and helping coordinate facility-related requests and building maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service. Successful candidates will receive a post-offer, pre-employment background screening to include verification of work history, education, and criminal conviction history. All positions may require satisfactory completion of a personal background investigation by the court or law enforcement agencies, due to the need for access to County Attorney and Court facilities, records, and communication systems. What you'll bring
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: public administration, business administration, management, or a closely related field as determined by the department head at the time of recruitment AND one year of professional experience in public or business administration.

- Licenses and Certificates: Valid driver license is required at time of application.
