About the role
As the Production Supervisor, you'll lead the Sides production team, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coach employees, solve problems, improve processes, and foster a positive, productive work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people and driving operational excellence. This position is based in a food manufacturing facility where employees may be exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving machinery, cleaning chemicals, airborne particles, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels. PPE is required in all production areas.
What you'll bring
- Three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, food quality, and continuous improvement.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Associate degree or technical certificate preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
