About the role

The Painter/Sandblaster is responsible for performing surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and industrial coating applications on a variety of structures, equipment, piping systems, and facilities. This position ensures surfaces are properly prepared and coated to meet project specifications, quality standards, and corrosion protection requirements. The Painter/Sandblaster works safely and efficiently in industrial, commercial, utility, and construction environments.

What you'll bring

• Familiarity with painting, coating, and surface preparation techniques.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment.
• Basic understanding of industrial safety procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and client-required screenings.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, protective suits, gloves, hearing protection, and fall protection equipment.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel as required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of industrial painting, blasting, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Experience in industrial, oil & gas, utility, mining, power generation, manufacturing, or construction environments.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
