About the role
The Product Marketing Manager-Hydronics is responsible for managing the strategy, performance, and lifecycle of assigned product categories within the North American market. This role uses customer and market insights, business performance data, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities, optimize the product portfolio, and support new product development and launches. This role is considered a HYBRID position with periodic onsite work at our headquarters in Apple Valley, Minnesota.
What you'll bring
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, Engineering, or Industrial Sales.
- Experience managing technical product portfolios in a B2B manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting product launches and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to travel up to 20% annually
