About the role

We are currently hiring for a TIG Welder I in our Ashland, VA location. This position will specialize in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding to create precise and high-quality welds, particularly on thin materials and specialized metals. This role is critical in the production of high-quality filters. The TIG Welder will utilize machining and welding equipment, assembly fixturing, and measurement equipment to ensure product is made to the customer specifications.Duties / Responsibilities

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a manual machine shop environment
• Strong knowledge of TIG welding techniques and experience working with various metals
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and quality in welding practices
• Pre-test required.
