About the role

Company Description Job Description Description: The position of Paralegal for Regional Operations, Regulatory & Compliance will assist with providing the VP & Chief Counsel Regional Operations, Regulatory & Compliance with day-to-day regulatory paralegal support for the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland gaming jurisdictions as well as providing assistance with special projects and performing other operational assignments as needed. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  • Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience is preferred.  • At least 4 years of experience as a Paralegal at a law firm, in-house corporate legal department or equivalent legal experience. • New Jersey Municipal Court litigation experience is preferred. Qualifications • Ability to read and analyze Federal, State and County statutes, rules, and regulations. • Basic Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access and Adobe Professional skills. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to efficiently manage large workload and react promptly to multiple deadlines while meeting personal objectives. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, drafting and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated and efficient, with good business judgment and analytical skills. • Detail oriented and organized. • Enjoyable to work with. • Resourceful and efficient in completing assigned tasks with strong follow through skills. • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, metric-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
