As a Travel Consultant, you'll receive comprehensive training through Auto Club University to develop your travel sales, customer service, and business development skills. You'll learn how to build a loyal client base, create customized travel experiences, and grow a rewarding career in the travel industry. This is a sales-focused role where you'll help clients plan and book travel while building long-term relationships and growing your business through referrals, networking, and exceptional service. What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screenings
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, retail, or relationship-based experience
- Demonstrated success achieving goals and building customer relationships
- Experience using CRM systems, networking, prospecting, or lead generation tools
- Passion for travel and interest in helping clients create memorable experiences
