About the role

Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehabilitation team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. You will use evidence-based techniques to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, prevent disability, and work toward meaningful recovery goals. This is a strong opportunity for an early-career PTA who wants hands-on clinical experience, collaboration with an onsite Physical Therapist, and the chance to build confidence in a supportive rehabilitation setting.

  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Nebraska or a compact state required.
  • Basic Life Support CPR certification required or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, and movement as needed.
  • Must be flexible, calm, and professional in stressful situations.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to utilize technology and resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
  • Other duties as assigned.
