About the role

Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Nurse Techs / Medication Aides to join our evening team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE. As a Nurse Tech / Medication Aide, you will help bring that mission to life by providing hands-on care, supporting daily routines, and helping residents and guests feel safe, respected, and comfortable throughout the evening. As an Evening Nurse Tech / Medication Aide, you will work closely with nurses and other care team members to provide personalized care and medication support during one of the busiest parts of the day.

• Active Nebraska Medication Aide certification required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be able to safely assist residents and guests with activities of daily living, transfers, mobility, and personal care.
• Must be able to perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and movement throughout the shift.
• Must be flexible and calm when responding to resident, guest, family, or team needs.
• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced care environment.
• Must be able to utilize electronic documentation systems and other healthcare technology.
• Must follow established medication-administration, infection-control, safety, and resident-care procedures.
