About the role

The purpose of this position is to provide direction and oversight for I&C crew work and work review and to enforce Maintenance Department goals with the crew, making sure workers are adhering to station programs, work related procedures, work plans, and plant standards.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a nuclear power plant (or equivalent) maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing a wide variety of equipment typical to nuclear power generating stations.
• Should have good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and correct coworkers
• can perform duties with little to no supervision.
• Must be able to provide maintenance supervision coverage outside of normal working hours when in an on-call/duty status.
• Must be able to qualify and fulfill Emergency Response Organization duties and responsibilities to include meeting a 1-hour response time while in an on-call/duty status.
• Should have a good knowledge of the systems within a power plant.
• Energy Control Process certified.
