About the role

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join team in Bloomington, IL! In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to customers, sales representatives, account managers, and production teams, helping ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and with exceptional service. This role will be fully onsite, Mon-Fri, based at 1 Hardman Dr., Bloomington, IL 61701

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, administrative support, or a related field
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with order processing, quoting, or account management is a plus
• Printing industry experience is helpful but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate
• Associate's degree preferred
