Company Description First IT Solutions Job Description Exposure on technical design of new systems, such as proto types Establish “Best Practices” and plan for continuous improvement of processes Experience on performance appraisals Sound knowledge in Insurance / Financial IT project execution Knowledge in service levels and metrics Experience Required : Project Planning & Execution ( Development, System testing, Regression test, UAT, Deployment, Warranty support etc ..) ITIL Experience is required Requirements gathering for business requirements & provide estimates Roles & Responsibilities : Project Monitoring / Metrics Reporting/ Dash board creation.
