About the role

The Finance Manager is responsible for serving as a trusted financial advisor to Global IT leadership, providing financial guidance, analysis, and recommendations that support business performance and strategic decision-making. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting activities while supporting strategic initiatives, resource optimization, and financial planning processes across the Global IT organization.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in field with 9+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 7+ years experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 4+ years experience
• Progressive finance experience in planning, financial analysis, and reporting
• Strong communicator (oral, written, and presentation) and collaborator, with experience presenting to executives and influencing cross-functional teams globally.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities, deliver accurate results under tight deadlines, and address financial issues independently
• Working with data warehouse and financial consolidation tools such as SAP-BPC and OneStream.
• Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated high-complexity industry, with an understanding of its business dynamics and financial processes.
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization and respond effectively to shifting priorities and business needs.
