About the role

This full-time position provides general cardiology care across Harbin Clinic Cartersville Cardiology, Piedmont Medical Center in Cartersville, and the Congestive Heart Failure Clinic. The APP will divide time approximately equally between office-based care and hospital or CHF clinic care. The APP will provide prevention, evaluation, treatment, education, and follow-up services for patients with cardiovascular disease across the office, hospital, and Congestive Heart Failure Clinic, with an anticipated 50% office and 50% hospital/CHF clinic split.

What you'll bring

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Ability to work collaboratively across clinic and hospital environments
• Formal education, licensure, certification, and experience requirements are to be confirmed
• Cardiology knowledge or experience preferred, including familiarity with cardiovascular disease, cardiac testing, procedures, and medications
