About the role

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be part educator, part advocate, and part financial guide — helping patients understand their treatment plans, feel comfortable with their options, and move forward with confidence. You'll be a key link between clinical care and the business side of the practice, all while delivering the warm, efficient experience our patients count on.

What you'll bring

• Previous front office dental experience required
• Comfort with computers and the ability to pick up new software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Initiative, dependability, and promptness
• Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel between locations, if needed
• A balance of independent thinking and team collaboration
• Ability to reliably arrive in time to support office opening and scheduled business hours
• Flexibility to adjust schedule occasionally based on business needs, in accordance with company timekeeping and wage policies
• Subject to background screening consistent with applicable law and job‑related business needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
