About the role

: As a Facilities Manager you'll be the cornerstone of operational excellence, ensuring that critical infrastructure operates seamlessly to support medical device manufacturing production facility. This role demands a strategic mindset paired with hands-on expertise, as you'll oversee all aspects of facility operations—from HVAC and cleanroom environments to utilities, compliance, and vendor management. What you'll bring

• Minimum of 7+ years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
• Hands on technical proficiency in HVAC, building automation systems, and utilities (MEP) management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financials and KPI data to leadership
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Share Point
• Computer proficiency in CMMS
• Experience in matrix management organization desirable
• Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems helpful
• Experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
