About the role
We are hiring a #2 Press Operator for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. As a #2 Press Operator, you will be responsible for working as a Mid-Level Operator on our Core Publishing Solutions team. You will be operating state-of-the-art offset and digital web presses.
What you'll bring
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
- Candidates
- Experience leading and training others
- Experience working in an industrial setting with a wide range of production machinery
- Strong mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, and work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues
- Solid understanding of Lean concepts and continuous improvement
- Competent with rulers and measurement
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and production orders
- Regularly standing walking, crouching, bending, reaching and kneeling
- a vocational/technical degree are strongly preferred
