- This is a Federal Engagement so the resource must be a U.S. citizen.
- We are looking for a ServiceNow Provider resource will skill in Software Asset Management.
- The ITIL framework contains Software Asset Management.
- The resource should have a process engineering background and ServiceNow development expertise, specifically around Software Asset Management.
- 20% travel.
- The initial visit would be onsite.
- Day to Day: Resource would be responsible for the necessary process flows, define roles and responsibilities, capabilities and requirements to implement an IT Software Asset Management capability in ServiceNow.
- We are looking to the partner to implement the IT Software Asset Management capability in ServiceNow.
