About the role

This position is responsible for providing support to the business including, but not limited to; intake, gathering, and documentation of functional business requirements, standard operating procedures, and process mapping for end-to-end workflows. Additionally, this position will help steer adoption results through testing system functionality, training development and delivery, communications, and change management. The Deployment & Enablement group provides key metrics and analysis to help identify trends and areas of opportunity for organizational improvement in leveraging technology investments.

What you'll bring

• ·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• ·       Four to eight years of related experience is required.
• ·       Workday or HCM product knowledge and experience is required.
• ·       Proficient knowledge of business processes for a targeted group of departments.
• ·       Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and demonstrated ability to learn other application programs.
• ·       Strong customer service and collaboration skills in a team environment.
• ·       Strong relationship-building, empathy, and problem-solving skills required.
• ·       Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relationships with those encountered in the course of employment.
• ·       Ability to determine and utilize appropriate methods of dealing with human behavior.
• ·       Ability to diffuse and manage escalated situations.
• ·       Ability to track and trend issues and escalate accordingly.
• ·       Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
