About the role

Premier Service is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and support our landscape and snow operations teams. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving service quality, team performance, and operational efficiency across multiple crews. The Field Operations Manager oversees daily field operations to ensure crews deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction. This role partners closely with the Branch Manager and Client Account Managers to manage labor, enforce safety standards, coordinate scheduling, and maintain operational excellence.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience managing landscape or field service crews
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Valid Driver’s License required (must meet insurability guidelines)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including seasonal weekend availability
• Experience in snow operations is a plus
