About the role
As a Market Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll help drive growth for your local Verstela market by identifying prospective clients, starting conversations, and scheduling discovery meetings for our sales and branch leadership teams. This is a highly active, outbound sales role. You’ll spend your time making calls, connecting with prospects through email and LinkedIn, visiting businesses in person, and finding creative ways to build relationships. Success in this role comes from consistency, curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to do what it takes to get the conversation started.
