About the role
Culligan Quench is seeking a high-impact commercial leader to serve as Vice President, Business Development – Indirect Division . This executive will lead growth strategy, dealer engagement, and commercial performance across a large North American network of dealers serving the point-of-use water, ice and related filtration market. This role is responsible for a substantial portion of Indirect revenue and will lead a team of business development professionals accountable for dealer principal relationships and revenue expansion. The Vice President will serve as the senior commercial leader for the captive dealer channel, developing and executing growth initiatives while strengthening strategic relationships with key dealer principals and ownership groups.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales leadership, channel management, or general management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing commercial teams.
- Demonstrated success managing a customer portfolio with significant revenue responsibility.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
- Experience building and managing dealer, distributor, franchise, or indirect sales channel relationships.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship management abilities.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms, sales analytics, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the water, filtration, foodservice equipment, HVAC, industrial distribution, or related industries.
- MBA or advanced business degree.
