About the role

Supervises and coordinates the activities of staff, Performs high-quality diagnostic imaging, and monitors adherence to all departmental policies and procedures as it relates to the imaging modality of supervision. Performs and oversees all specific factors associated with maintaining department quality standards, in addition to maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies as they relate to the imaging modality. Manages the oversight of supply inventory, quality control, equipment maintenance and assists in orientation, training and evaluation of all technical and support staff. Delivers a high quality of patient care and customer service to promote patient satisfaction. • Knowledge of medical terminology and the technology of safely and effectively using radiation producing equipment.
