You provide hands‑on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain operational consistency, uphold brand, execution standards, and ensure stores stays aligned with company expectations. - Coverage and Execution Excellence– Skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles to maintain consistent shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution across the territory.

- Digital Readiness – Confident using mobile tools and applications to follow schedules, document execution, capture display photos, and complete coverage tasks accurately.

- Capability Support– Confident reinforcing foundational skills and supporting the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
- Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends.
- Ability to travel across assigned markets.
