This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating positive experiences for others and wants to learn the ins and outs of company culture, team member engagement, and business operations. As part of our Culture Team, you’ll help us “love on” our community, both inside and outside our walls, by supporting experiences, projects, and initiatives that bring our values to life. You’ll also help keep our workspace welcoming and organized, assist with Talent and Culture projects, and play a key role in making our office an amazing place to work.

What you'll bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, or team member engagement is a plus.
