About the role

We are expanding! Searching for a Residential Support Supervisor for our new adult Crisis Residential Unit in Lewiston. This position responsible for all aspects of direct client care in a crisis residential setting, including day-to-day operations, staff oversight, and actively engaging in direct care with clients. This position is 40 hours per week, generally Monday through Friday with the ability to have a flexible schedule as needed for some evening and weekend coverage.

What you'll bring

• Must have ability to be on a flexible schedule
• valid driver’s license and travel within the service area is required.

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
• Obtain and maintain MHRT-1 Certification
• 2-3 years of directly related experience
• Previous supervisory/managerial experience is preferred
