About the role

As a District Manager, you are responsible for successfully managing a team of Energy Pros representing an energy service provider, NRG. You will effectively train, coach and mentor reps on delivering sales training, brand awareness, product knowledge, sales techniques, and assist with any issues.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years retail or sales experience required
• Demonstrate ethical and professional standards in a business environment
• Demonstrate good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem solve
• Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to travel throughout the District
• Multi-unit Sales Management experience preferred
• Business degree preferred
