About the role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in New Brunswick, NJ! This role will join a pod supporting one attorney and working alongside another paralegal. You will manage both prelitigation and litigation matters from start to finish.
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma, Associate's degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in Personal Injury, Premises, First Party, Medical Malpractice or other injury related practice areas (required).
- Experience using a Case Management System ( Litify, Needles, Smart Advocate, Filevine, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing
