About the role

Greenlife Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Install Foreman to lead installation crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens’ quality standards. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, responsible for managing people, production, and jobsite execution from start to finish.

What you'll bring

• 3 or more years of landscape installation experience
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation processes and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and details
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage jobsite productivity
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience with hardscape installation
• Experience running multiple projects or complex installs
• Prior foreman or crew lead experience
• with leadership experience preferred
