About the role

As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you'll lead testing for complex, high-risk work and help teams find issues early. You'll strengthen test practices, support release readiness, and use customer insights and product health signals to guide improvements. What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, testing, or software development with a strong focus on quality.
• A bachelor's degree in a STEM field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technological proficiency and strong data literacy.
• Proven ability to lead complex testing initiatives and establish best practices.
• Expertise in designing and executing holistic test strategies, including exploratory and automated approaches.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
• This is an onsite position at our State College, PA headquarters and candidates must be within commutable distance of State College, PA for consideration.
• Remote work is not an option for this position.
