About the role

We are seeking a precise and analytical Senior Cost Controller to manage project budgets, financial tracking, and cost risk analysis across our construction project portfolio. In this role, you will establish budget baselines, monitor live project expenses against forecasts, implement rigorous cost-control procedures, and provide executive management with accurate, data-driven financial reports to protect project profit margins.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Finance/Accounting.
• 7–10+ years of dedicated project cost control experience within civil, commercial building, or large-scale infrastructure construction projects.
• Advanced expertise in MS Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, macros).
• Strong proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning systems ( SAP, Oracle Primavera Unifier, or PRISM ).
• Familiarity with scheduling software ( Primavera P6 ) to align cost profiles with project progress.
• Deep understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).
• Strong knowledge of construction financial processes (CVR, invoicing, retention, commitments).
• Excellent analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and cross-departmental communication skills.
