About the role

Our partner is looking for a Deal Sourcing Partner AI, Healthcare & MedTech based in United Arab Emirates.

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in deal sourcing, equity sales, business development, fundraising, M&A, investment, corporate finance, or advisory, with a specific focus on Healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech, Life Sciences, Biotech, Diagnostics, or Medical Devices.
• This is the central requirement for the role.
• A demonstrable track record of originating, supporting, or executing transactions, mandates, or capital raises, supported by an anonymized deal sheet or transaction overview.
• Strong understanding of investment processes, financing structures, and the development of advisory or capital-raising opportunities.
• Proven ability to identify, access, and qualify high-value business opportunities
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and facilitate meaningful introductions.
• An entrepreneurial, independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset suited to a freelance collaboration.
• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with an advisory team to develop qualified opportunities and secure mandates.
• ideally involving financing or investment requirements of €2 million or more.
