About the role
As a Plumbing Technical Services Lead you will review work completed by plumbers, provide technical guidance, and confirm ticket completeness. This position fills the gap between completed field work and final customer invoicing to ensure quality and accuracy.
What you'll bring
- Education/Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Five (5) years' experience in mechanical service, mechanical field estimating, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields and two (2) years' experience in Project Management and/or estimating, at least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role in mechanical service operations
- Plumbing or Mechanical Technical Expertise
- Field estimating experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
