About the role
The Impact Club Service Concierge delivers exceptional dining experiences to members and guests by providing superior customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting the Food & Beverage Management team with various tasks. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to ensure food quality, monitoring hold times, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and promptly addressing member and guest needs to create a seamless experience. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a proactive approach to delivering outstanding service. This position is on-site.
