About the role

Become a Part-Time NECOA Retail Sales Associate! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the NECOA brand and water purification products in our shopping mall retail store. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

What you'll bring

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (must be able to read, write and speak Spanish)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• Retail experience or customer service experience a plus
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus
