About the role

This position is primarily desk-based and is responsible for communicating test results to patients, managing return phone calls, processing prescription refill requests, and responding to MyChart messages. As a Medical Assistant , you’ll play a vital role in the care team – supporting providers, connecting with patients, and helping ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a medical assistant diploma or 2 years of medical assistant experience or be a certified MA with 2 years of medical assistant experience, to qualify.
• Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch with ability to use fine hand manipulation skills for IV insertion and other procedures/functions.
• Minimum 1 year MA experience preferred
• Allergy experience preferred but not required
• Phlebotomy skills are preferred.
